Located near the charming fishing village of Pittenweem, Kellie Castle is a romantic venue for civil, religious and humanist weddings.
Dating from 1360, this enchanting castle with its picturesque walled garden was once home to the Earls of Kellie. Beautifully restored by the Lorimer family in the late 19th century, it is an outstanding location for your special day. Renowned for its lavish interiors, intricate ceilings and artwork, ceremonies and drinks receptions for up to 70 guests can be held in the Great Hall, whilst the private chapel can accommodate intimate celebrations of up to 10 guests.
Before being seated to dinner, enjoy a stroll in the grounds, with breath-taking views to the Firth of Forth. Throughout spring and summer, the peaceful walled garden is perfect for photographs and alfresco drinks receptions, whilst for larger weddings a marquee can be erected on the south-facing lawns. Kellie Castle is within easy reach of St Andrews, Edinburgh and Dundee.
